These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases ofproducts ("Products") from Chilli Poweer ("we", "us", "our") through our website, mobile applications, or authorized sales channels (collectively, "Platform"). By placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not complete a purchase.
1. Eligibility and Order Acceptance
We sell Products exclusively to adults (18 years or older). Minors may only purchase with parental/guardian consent.
Products are intended for personal use only. Resale or bulk purchases for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited .
We reserve the right to refuse orders, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, or pricing errors.
An order is considered accepted only after we send a confirmation email with order details. Prior to confirmation, we may modify or cancel orders without liability.
2. Product Information and Specifications
All Product descriptions, including materials (e.g., GORE-TEX, synthetic insulation), waterproof ratings, and sizing charts, are provided in good faith . We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee absolute precision in color representation due to display variations.
Sizing is based on standard industry measurements. Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchase; we recommend checking individual product fit notes for ski-specific design considerations (e.g., articulated seams for mobility).
Pre-order Products will display estimated delivery dates on the product page. These dates are approximate and may be subject to delays; we will notify customers of significant changes .
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in [Currency] and include applicable taxes (VAT) for EU customers. Non-EU customers are exempt from EU VAT but may incur import duties and taxes upon delivery .
Payment must be completed at checkout via accepted methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We reserve the right to verify payment information and delay or cancel orders if payment cannot be processed.
Price adjustments are not available for previously placed orders, including post-purchase sales or price drops .
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Fees and Times
Standard delivery times.
Shipping times are estimates only and do not include order processing (1-3 business days).
4.2 International Shipping
For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the product price and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery .
We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance or regulatory restrictions. Customers should check local import regulations before ordering.
Products with integrated airbag systems cannot be shipped outside Europe due to safety regulations .
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed Products in original packaging with all tags attached .
Holiday orders (placed Nov 1-Dec 31) may be returned by Jan 31 of the following year .
Exchanges are permitted for size/color substitutions if the desired Product is in stock. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility; replacement shipping is free .
5.2 Restocking Fees
50% fee: Used, damaged, or laundered Products.
20% fee: Products returned without original branded packaging.
10% fee: Missing tags or accessories (e.g., hoods, gaiters) .
5.3 Return Process
Submit a return request via our Platform’s return portal with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective Products.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable .
6. Warranty and Liability
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery . This covers faulty stitching, zipper malfunctions, and material failures but excludes normal wear, damage from improper use, or accidents.
To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will repair or replace defective Products at our discretion.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of use, or additional expenses incurred due to Product defects .
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee if the order has been shipped.
Custom-made or personalized Products cannot be canceled once production has started.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform or subsequent purchases constitute acceptance of the revised Terms .
